Annual Reports and Warrants/Budgets

Our 2009 Annual Reports have arrived! We must note, however, that due to a formatting conversion error, the 2009 Employee Wage & Benefit Report is not calculated/displayed correctly. Please see the correct information here.

Each March, the Town releases its Annual Reports for the previous year. In addition to financial information, these books contain reports and statistics submitted by various departments, boards and committees within the Town.

Did you know... the Town has won five (5) awards for our Annual Reports? Each year, the New Hampshire Municipal Association (now the Local Government Center) hosts an "Excellence in Annual Reports" contest, and Windham has received the following awards in its population category: second place, 1998; third place, 2003, and; first place in 2005,  2006, 2008 and 2009!
