Each March, the Town compiles its Annual Reports for the previous year. In addition to financial information, these books contain reports and statistics submitted by various departments, boards and committees within the Town. Did you know... the Town has won four awards for our Annual Reports? Each year, the New Hampshire Municipal Association (now the Local Government Center) hosts an "Excellence in Annual Reports" contest, and Windham has received the following awards: second place, 1998; third place, 2003, and; first place in 2005 and 2006!
