Consisting of one (1) member of the Board of Selectmen, one (1) member of the School Board, one (1) member of the Library staff , one (1) member of the School Department’s management staff, one (1) member of the Town’s management staff, one (1) employee from either the police/fire or municipal union, and one (1) resident, the Strategic Planning Committee generally meets as necessary at the Planning and Development Department.

The Strategic Planning Committee was formed by the Board of Selectmen to develop a new Strategic Plan designed to focus on the operational aspects of our community in terms of all our governmental functions. Read more...
